What is Touch For Health?
Touch for Health (TFH) is a holistic healthcare system that restores your natural energies.
It uses muscle testing (muscle bio- feedback) integrating ancient principles of acupuncture (without needles) with touch and massage. How was TFH developed?
TFH was developed by the late Dr. John Thie. He had the vision to bring TFH to the layperson. It was based on the work of Dr. George Goodheart - the father of the original Applied Kinesiology. Dr. Goodheart used the TFH knowledge and applied it to chiropractic medicine.

What does muscle testing do?
Muscle balance is a basic key to the health of the whole person. Using an amazingly simple series of muscle tests TFH can give very precise information about muscle weakness, nutritional deficiencies, injuries, allergies, mental blocks, acupuncture meridian flow, and so on.
With muscle testing techniques, many health problems, headaches, backaches, low energy, depression, stress, learning problems, and so on can be relieved. You're given the opportunity to discover minor imbalances in your system before they become major problems. It was discovered that each muscle in the body relates to a specific meridian, a pathway of energy running through the body much like currents running through the electrical wiring of a house. These energy imbalances can be found through muscle testing and can be harmoniously balanced by a combination of acupressure/touch, massage, nutrition or gentle massage of the Chinese meridian system.
